Temporary Stays and Moves (TSM) create works that examine the inquisitive as well as the concepts of transformation and mobility. Physical intimacy and spontaneity are central to the group’s projects in public space.

TSM designed an intervention into Frederiksbjerg Torv square in Aarhus, which was rendered a new visual form that can be seen from within the square as well as from the surrounding apartments.

TSM/ Light: an abstract construction made of bent neon rods in multicolor is mounted and lit on top of the square’s hotdog stand.

TSM/ Bench: an inviting construction of benches is installed in an arranged pattern.

The intervention experiments with how the square is used. It offers neighborhood inhabitants and passersby alike a set of extra tools that enable people to share this communal space as a common good.
