"The Silver Forest" is an installation consisting of photography and branches. The installation stands as an aesthetic stroke in the life circle of nature. The work examines the forest's mystery of coexistence and hierarchy between the species, like in these artworks where a species of fungus has transformed the look of the tree trunks. An abundance of little white specks decorating the trunks, making them glow in a new and densified atmosphere, which was the origin of the name "The Silver Forest". In this way the photographs express beauty, but with undercurrents of gloom.
